Sheet-fed Offset Printing Press: In this kind of offset press the printing is carried out on single sheets of paper/Board as they are fed to the press one at a time. Offset printing includes printing of books, periodicals and other reading material to the packaging industry by creative printing of packages for branded consumer goods.

Gravure is a high quality printing process capable of producing printed images which have a continuous tone effect similar to a photograph. The gravure process utilizes a metal printing cylinder onto which the image is etched. The gravure cylinder can be created with analog or digital plating processes.

Flexographic printing is made by creating a positive mirrored master of the required image as a 3D relief in a rubber or polymer material. Flexographic plates can be created with analog and digital plate making processes. The image areas are raised above the non image areas on the rubber or polymer plate.

Coating is a process which is used to create another layer in the paper or board. We are offering poly coating and Hot-melt coating and UV coating. Main purpose we are doing coating process is to avoid the moisture content

Laminating is the process of applying a film to either one side or both sides of a printed document. We are offering film lamination in the sheet form and roll form.

Plastic extrusion is a process for converting plastic materials from solid to liquid states and reconstituting them as finished components. We are using only virgin materials.

Corrugated board may be made up of one, two, or three layers of flutes (the columns) and liners (the walls). First, paper, heat, adhesives, and pressure are combined to make the corrugated paperboard, or “board” as it required by the customers.
There are two main techniques used to create a printing plate. The traditional technique requires a UV exposure unit and involves photo exposure with film positives and chemical etching of a photopolymer plate. A second technique known as "computer to plate" requires a laser engraver and involves laser etching of a specialized polymer plate. Although the latter technique is convenient for short run printing it does have several disadvantages over the former.
Cutting is a compressive and shearing phenomenon, and occurs only when the total stress generated by the cutting implement exceeds the ultimate strength of the material of the object being cut. The simplest applicable equation is stress = force/area: The stress generated by a cutting implement is directly proportional to the force with which it is applied, and inversely proportional to the area of contact.
Sealing is a process which helps join systems or mechanisms together by preventing leakage (e.g., in a plumbing system), containing pressure, or excluding contamination. A seal may also be referred to as packing.
